Shawna Larsh
Director of Operations
Shawna Larsh is the Director of Operations at Maridea Wealth Management, bringing more than 12 years of experience in the financial services industry.
She began her career at Cambridge Investment Research, where she discovered a passion for helping advisors grow their practices—both organically and through succession and acquisition strategies. That passion ultimately led her into the field, where she continues to focus on practice management and operational excellence.
Shawna holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Administration, as well as FINRA Series 7, 66, 52, and 24 licenses.
Outside of work, Shawna enjoys spending time with her husband and son. Her teenage son is an avid musician and guitarist, performing with the School of Rock House Band while also being dual enrolled in high school and college.
