Lanie Amposta is a Certified Public Accountant who passed the board exam in October 2010. Currently, she operates as a senior corporate accountant at Maridea Global Capital Management, managing end-to-end accounting processes, conducting financial analysis, and providing reviews for Maridea.

Her professional background includes serving as a General Accounting Team Lead at GCP Applied Technologies Operations Center Inc. In this role, she oversaw bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, GR/IR clearing, Fixed Asset-related requests, VAT calculations, and other critical month-end closing activities with precision and compliance.

Prior to her joining Maridea, Lanie held key positions at Tiera Alegre Development Corp. and Amaia Land Corp. As an Accountant and later as a Senior Internal Auditor, she managed a range of responsibilities, including verifying check preparations, maintaining balance sheet schedules and ledgers, executing account and bank reconciliations, preparing tax returns and fulfilling governmental requirements, assisting with monthly closings, conducting thorough account analyses, and providing vital support to senior accounting staff. Notably, in her role as an internal auditor, Lanie established robust internal controls and conducted surprise cash counts to fortify operational integrity and efficiency across growth centers.

She cherishes her role as a devoted wife and mother of two, finding immense joy and purpose in it. Parenthood has taught her patience, resilience, and unconditional love, and she particularly enjoys traveling with her family.
