Boden is the Staff Accountant for Maridea’s Tax & Business Services.

With background knowledge of general accounting and tax-related tasks, Boden is involved in month-end close procedures, manages accurate financial statements, and performs account reconciliations. Apart from his role as an accountant, Boden is involved in tasks of tax returns and business tax preparation, to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax regulations. Known for his attention to detail and analytical skills, he can effectively use accounting department resources and work with external tax professionals to aid financial reporting, tax compliance, and improvement processes.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family and playing golf.
