Bob is the Chief Compliance Officer at Maridea, bringing over 40 years of leadership in regulatory compliance, accounting, and finance. He is a seasoned expert in cultivating trusted, client-focused cultures across the financial services industry.

Prior to joining Maridea, Bob served as Principal and Chief Compliance Officer at Cresset Asset Management, a firm with more than $50 billion in assets under management. He also played a key role in scaling HighTower Advisors to over $130 billion in AUM and led major initiatives during the U.S. expansion of Optiver, a leading global market maker.

Outside of work, Bob and his wife spend their time raising horses on their farm in West End, North California.
