Adam joined Maridea in 2025 and is responsible for overseeing the firm’s corporate finance and accounting functions. He brings over 15 years of expertise in capital markets, strategic planning, capital allocation, M&A, financial planning and analysis, treasury, investor relations, and financial systems strategy and implementation.

Prior to Maridea, Adam served as Vice President of Finance at Kovitz Investment Group, which manages $32 billion in individual and institutional assets.

Adam holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University at Bloomington, is a CFA® charterholder and a member of the CFA Society Chicago.
