We’re excited to announce that Maridea Wealth Management has acquired Ashford Investment Advisors, a Florida-based firm with approximately $180 million in assets under advisement and management.

 

The acquisition marks Maridea’s first location in Florida. Kathleen Dulko and the Ashford team will remain in their Daytona Beach office, continuing to serve clients while gaining access to Maridea’s expanded investment research, tax services, and financial planning resources.

 

With the acquisition, Maridea now has eight offices, more than 50 professionals, and approximately $1 billion in assets.
