Junior is an experienced IT professional with over 14 years of expertise in systems administration, IT infrastructure management, and project leadership. He is skilled in server setup, storage management (including Dell Storage NAS, DAS, and SAN), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and networking, with advanced knowledge of Unifi/Ubiquiti, Cisco, and Dell Networking products. He also has extensive experience managing cloud platforms like Azure, Google Workspace, and Zendesk, ensuring smooth integration and management of IT systems.

As an IT Project Manager, Junior has led major infrastructure projects, working with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet company goals. He is experienced in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methods and has successfully overseen infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, and security improvements while minimizing disruptions. His focus on resource management, risk mitigation, and maintaining industry standards has helped ensure the success of the projects he leads.

Outside of work, Junior is passionate about Airsoft and basketball. He also values quality time with his four children, regularly seeking out family activities that nurture his love for connection and adventure.
